Vator.tv has gotten together with VentureBeat to sponsor and judge a pitch competition for up and coming "new media" entrepreneurs.
On the VentureBeat web site, they say the competition has been going on since the middle of November, and still has a month to go. They invite companies to participate, with 61 already making their pitches.
The winner will get a face-to-face with the investment company Demand Media, and their mergers and acquisitions team. They'll get the same with Demand Media CEO Richard Rosenblatt.
Along with meeting with them, the winner will also be exposed on the blogs of VentureBeat, Mashable and Beet.TV.

The leader at this time is Web digital media marketplace Zipidee, which provides digital-rights management for content sellers of audio, video, ringtones, wallpaper and eBooks.
