The story that most of us wish would finally be put to rest: Southwest Airlines (LUV) passenger Kyla Ebbert being hassled about flying on the airline because of how she was dressed, keeps trying to be ressurected by her.
Now we've found out what most have suspected all along, that it was all a setup in an attempt to build some type of celebrity career by the woman. Ebbert is now featured online in a Playboy shoot (be warned - actual pictures from shoot), something she evidently had been hoping for since she scripted the entire scene, and gained her 15 minutes of fame.
The problem with Ebbert, is in my estimation, she really has nothing to market. Nobody even remembers her name really, only that she is the person that had dressed provacatively on Southwest Airlines, and was not going to be allowed to fly.
Part of the problem with Ebbert now is credibility. Now that we know the whole thing was staged in an attempt to get known, some of the glitter is off it.
Ebbert's biggest problem to me, is she simply has nothing to market. There's really not much to her. She can't use the "damaged customer" angle, because now it's known she planned the whole thing.
Most people that see and talk about her are underwhelmed to say the least.
I'm not sure exactly what it is that does it, but she just doesn't have it when it comes to what she's trying to do.
Supposedly she had wanted to become a lawyer. Either she's trying to turn a quick buck to get money to pay for the schooling, or she's delusional as to where she thinks she can go in this direction.
What can she brand herself as? She represents absolutely nothing. Getting photos taken nude aren't going to change that.
No matter who we are, we have to have something to market if we're trying to stay in the public eye. Ebbert just doesn't have it.
