After the successful convergence of The History Channel's "Shootout" TV series with Kuma Reality Games "gamesodes," as dubbed by Kuma, The History Channel and Kuma are getting together again for a second season of "Dogfights."
"We are at the cutting edge of an entertainment revolution," says Keith Halper, CEO of Kuma Reality Games. "For the TV fan who wants more, we provide a free, high-quality, fully-immersive game experience that corresponds to the TV episode you just saw."
Last year it was really successful as over 1 million players took part in 16 million "gameisodes."
According to Halper, how they work together is "We receive the script for each show from the History Channel, and we evaluate it to make an accurate but fun
gaming experience that's true to the show."
As part of each game players will be able to use actual images from the show and be provided with historical data on the specific planes that will be flown.
The show is scheduled to start on July 13.
