Why it's Good That Portals are Still Flourishing
When it comes to portals, I for one am glad that they're continually doing well. The reason why it's important is that they are the most known online brands in the world at this time. People learn to trust the Internet and learn to use it a lot through their interaction with portals.
If this wasn't happening, it would take longer for people to embrace the various new businesses and marketers online. So it's a good thing they're being used so much for now.
Trust online is one of the most important things that we need at this time. The portals serve as a point of reference that makes other online marketers trusted by association as well.
For now, we should be glad that online portals are continuing to be trusted by viewers and advertisers. That experience is where the market is being tested out first on the largest scale. Once marketers learn how things work and the results that come from their efforts, they'll increasingly expand beyond portals or general sites to go much deeper into the niche sites which will be ready and waiting for
them if they're smart.
We shouldn't be intimidated or overly concerned about portals. At this time they serve a purpose for everybody. Evenually people will leave them for more targeted interests. Our job is make sure that we have everything ready for when they do.
