
Worldlink, which has a stable of marketers it does business with, is partnering with the online video network Broadband Enterprises to bring direct response video advertising to viewers watching streaming online video.
Broadband Enterprises has an existing network of 1,700 video Web sites that it can offer advertising on, which will work great for some of Worldlinks' clients like Allstate, Novartis, Nintendo and Genie.
Toni Knight, CEO of WorldLink, said "We want to take a lot of these advertisers that are in the direct response space and offer them a new platform to reach consumers."
Another role of WorldLink will be to assist marketers who need help with their web ads. Knight added that "Some may have specific creatives that they want to use for online. For others, we'll see if we can take their TV creative and shorten it up for online."
