The First Ad Copy Weapon of Choice - The Headline - 31
There is a block that the majority people have within them that keeps them from taking action. Find a headline that deals with thoughts or illusions that are keeping them from taking steps and they'll run to read the copy that follows showing them that nothing has to stop them.
Some of the key headlines used for making this happen are these:
You Don’t Have to Be ... to be ...
You Don’t Have to Be ... to get ...
The first blank would be filled with something that could challenge anybody and keep them from taking action. The second would be the thing you're offering them the results that they want.
Here's several ways you could write this headline:
You Don't Have to Be Einstein to be Great at Math
You Don't Have to Be Tarzan to Get Your Jane
You Don't Have to Be Shakespeare to be a Great Writer
This headline works on the many barriers that people put between them and what they want to accomplish. This type of headline is used to move those that resist themselves to push forward to success.
The point in this is people seem to always take someone that has excelled beyond the vast majority of people and compare themselves with them, not realizing that none of us would do anything if they thought they had to surpass the top person in any field of interest they had.
Use this headline to smash through their roadblocks and lead them to victory!
