Targeting the people that are intested in business and business news, Know More Media started a new "user-powered website and community that offers content focused on business news and information."
The service called "Bizzbites.com," offers visitors to submit business related articles that can also be voted on by the community.
While there are some other communities out there that do similar things, nobody has targeted the business community and offered people a place to find specific, business-related information.
Tim Stay, CIO of Know More Media said, “The major user-powered sites such as Del.icio.us and Digg.com provide a very useful service to the online reader, while those sites focus on certain industries, we noticed that the topical coverage offered for business topics was quite scarce, and we saw an opportunity to create a user-powered content site focused solely on business.”
I agree with Tim wholeheartedly. The existing 'user-powered' sites don't usually put a very strong emphasis on business news and information. This is a great niche area that needed to have representation online. Now we have it.
Hal Halladay, CEO of Know More Media, added, “We are delighted to provide an additional source of business news and information to the online community. With BizzBites.com, we hope to offer a powerful user-generated site that will be of great value to anyone looking for the most sought-after business news, information, analysis, and intelligence on the Web. We invite everyone to visit BizzBites.com and participate.”

Thanks for the coverage Gary! We hope to see lots of your posts there as well.
