After some questions last month on whether Google (GOOG) had plateaued after reaching the 60 percent search share figure and then dropping to 59.84 percent, it seems that at least for now there's still some growth left in the company. This month they climbed back to 60.29 percent for the four weeks ending on September 9, according to Hitwise.
Google evidently bit a little into both Yahoo (YHOO) and Microsoft (MSFT) as they dropped some each from last months totals. Ask.com finished slightly up from previous numbers also.
Last month Yahoo had 22.73 percent and Microsoft had 11.86. This month Yahoo finished with 22.58 percent and Microsoft had 11.56. Ask.com 3.63 this month in comparison to last months 3.37.
