Answers only come after you decide

An interesting truth about online marketing, like every other business venture, is that answers never come until a decision is made. Try this for awhile. Try to come up with solutions while there is no decision that has been made. It just doesn't work. All you're doing is creating a bunch of theories related to nothing.

road signs.jpgWe all must have a clear idea of what it is we want to accomplish. It must be not only clear, but completely definable.

For example, you can't make plans for anything connected to online marketing until you decide what your product or service will be. Decisions are based upon your overall purpose. Develop a purpose and you'll be surprised at how answers begin to come in one after another.

So now you know you need a purpose: both personal and professional. NOTHING happens until that is established. Once that is brought into focus, then the rest begins to take on a life of its own. Not making a decision is truly making a decision: a decision not to do it. You've got to understand that in any business venture.

This is also true when you want to grow your business or try new things. Nothing is really going on until after decision time. Don't be afraid of decisions. They are the true release of whatever it is you want to accomplish.

Lastly, decisions won't come until you gather up the needed data to be able to intelligently make that decision. This means you've got to do your homework. Get as much information as you can collect and go over it until you completely understand what it says. Then based upon that decide what and where you want to go. Simple but powerful, yet many people get stuck over and over again at this specific place in their marketing journey.
