There are a number of people who not only struggle in their start-ups because of having little cash, but there are also some who make it a way of doing business to use various tactics to grow their business with very little of their own money.
Here are 4 strategies you can use when you are low on cash or simply want to do things low cost.
1. Getting Free Help. One of the tricks that a lot of veterans use is to hire a college student to build you a web site free in exchange for the experience and putting on their resume’. A lot of students are looking for this very thing.
2. Trading. There are a ton of ways to do this. Specifically in the area of writing. Offer to write something for someone in exchange for the services you need or advertising. The advertising exchange is a good one for this.

3. Speaking and Writing. While there are other things you could do, these are tops. Not only fro the way we’ve already talked about, but if you do it well it will become a stream of income not only a trading tool.

4. Online visiting. Especially when you have more time than money, this is great. Visiting all the forums and blogs and giving your commments and input, puts your name out there where people begin to see it and pay attention, along with leaving your URL for them to click on to check you out.
