It’s really interesting when I watch all of the senseless hype about online businesses and what is promoted as that which will give you success.

Now I know that many of you simply don’t know what to do to make a successful online business. Are ready for the drum-roll? The secret is that you must publish. Really! That is the real secret behind all of the fortunes that have been made online. Everything else is far behind in priority.

All that stuff that is promoted as an easy, quick way to get rich online, just doesn’t work. You know like the free ad placement stuff, marketing the pre-made sites for affiliates, joining this program and that program; it’s all made to get your money, but for the most part they don’t work.

In my own successful online business and the interaction I had with my colleagues that operate spectacular online businesses, the answer is always the same: you must be able to publish! This is all after years of experience between us all.

This is the one thing that will guarantee that you will fail if you’re not doing it.

The Internet, if nothing else, is a huge interactive community of people, and the only way you can get someone to take an action is to communicate with them. It doesn’t matter which action you want them to take; whether it is asking them to buy something, sign up for something free, getting hold of something that they can download, whatever it may be: you must communicate it to them - and that is publishing.
