How many people will do searches that are like this: Kalamazoo Candy or Duluth Grain Elevators? How much competition will you have for keywords in those areas? You would probably end up on the front page in the top ten or higher of every search.

And this is very targeted, specific information being looked for. The chances of this person that is searching becoming a customer or at the very least contacting you and talking about what their options are with your company, are extraordinarily high.

The cost of the keywords should be very minimal also as how many people will be looking for the same niche in the same town or neighborhood? There won’t be too much bidding to drive up the costs.

This makes local PPC a far better tool and bargain than those that you compete for nationally and internationally.
